I have been challenged with and studying to begin a cleanse in the coming weeks. There are so many various ideas of the best way to go about cleanse our bodies. Being a very active and athletic person, I wanted to be sure to do what is best and healthiest for my active lifestyle. While doing my searching and studying, I became very frustrated with not finding a whole lot of information using oils, not herbal means, and a good wholesome nutritional plan. With two small children there is no way I am going to be able to function while being low on energy. I think I have found my plan of attack! I am currently reading through Clean by Dr. Alejandro Junger. So far I found this book to be extremely insightful into the Western way of living. While I go through this cleansing process, I am wanting to keep the information flowing on here.
