Need some information about the compensation plan?

You are paid four different ways in dōTERRA. Fast Start bonuses pay you a commission on each enrollment kit you sell, Unilevel Commissions pay out up to 7 levels with dynamic compression, the Power of 3 bonus pays you when you build a team, and the final way is through Leadership Performance Pools that give you a percentage of company wide sales when you reach certain benchmarks.
